Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Apprentice

Location: Remote (Must reside in GA)

Hours: 29 hours / week 

Duration: 6 months (June – November)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At SalesLoft, the Demand Generation Marketing Apprentice will be pivotal to the success of the demand generation marketing team as well as the broader marketing team. You will be helping with projects ranging from advertising and campaign analysis to swag selection and account-based program support.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for helping the broader demand generation marketing team build, launch, track, analyze and optimize campaigns. Specifically, you will:

  • Assist with the setup and drafting of new campaigns on pay-per-click( PPC), display and brand advertising
  • Own the campaign tracking function for PPC, display, search engine marketing (SEM) and video campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data, report findings and collaborate with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the account-based team to determine the need for SalesLoft merchandise (swag) and manage the distribution of those items
  • Support our EMEA marketing team on lead management from campaigns
  • Actively participate in brainstorms and concepts for new campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams and SalesLoft partners

Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, execution, tracking, analysis and optimization for our campaigns. THE SKILL SET:

  • Familiarity with Gmail and Google Suite products (docs, sheets, slides, drive)
  • A foundational understanding of digital marketing (campaign structures and channels)
  • Passion for numbers: Campaigns are the fun part, and numbers are how we analyze and optimize them for success. 
  • Desire to better understand the software industry and digital marketing’s function within it
  • Creative mindset with an eye for high performing campaigns, creative and strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing degree or major-in-progress
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Previous intern or apprenticeship experience is a plus
