SUMMARY

This temporary position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide recruiting support to the talent acquisition team, specifically in the campus recruitment space. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. The candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure. The candidate will also have the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing a high-volume workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES   

The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:

  • Schedule interviews and serve as point of contact for candidates, recruiters and internal staff during the interview process.
  • Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and application processing through an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Post role descriptions to college job boards and manage the collection of campus applications.
  • Assist the offer process including application collection, background verification and pre-employment screens (including conducting reference checks).
  • Assist with coordination and execution of campus recruiting programs, including the Summer Internship and first-year Analyst Training Programs.  
  • Support campus program activities, including scheduling events and educational sessions and gathering presentation materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming summer Interns and Analysts. Assist with onboarding and integration of campus classes.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal experience and critical competencies for the role include the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to recognize the necessity for professionalism, confidentiality and decorum.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Greenhouse), a plus but not required.
  • High attention to detail with can-do attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to learn. 
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • High degree of integrity with ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to task management. Ability to take control and manage tasks independently to closure.
