 Become a Professional Communicator

  • Learn Tactical Listening and Empathy. Understand how to employ these tools effectively in a business setting. 
  • Master Rapport building: Learn to connect with clients in a way that resonates with them.

Identify Client Vulnerabilities:  

  • Learn to reach the client’s heart. Draw them out, understand how they feel, and help them feel safe expressing where they feel vulnerable.
  • Learn to analyze financial risk factors. 
  • Understand how to effectively apply industry resources to help each client/family properly
  • Learn to use each client’s unique financial situation to develop solutions that address their needs.
  • Develop case design skills. And learn how to present your solutions to clients. Answer questions and reinforce your value proposition.

Simply put, this position is for a Remote Sales Professional. We use inbound requests to set appointments with clients, prepare solutions, and meet clients to submit applications. Sales appointments take place over the phone, on zoom, or in person where appropriate. 

Full-time agents can expect to close five to ten sales per week, with sales averaging $1000. Our starting commission is 70% and goes up to 120%. There is no arbitrary review process involved in receiving promotions. They are based solely on our production. Our sales and prospecting models cut out cold calling and solicitation. We rely on our industry partnerships to connect us with qualified buyers. We get to spend our time helping families and developing great people.
