Job Summary

 

  • Serves as the first point of contact for the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Services.
  • Provides assistance to students, parents, and the University community. Prepares travel authorizations and reimbursements.
  • Maintains records and ensures accurate recording of all University Property throughout the Enrollment Services unit.
  • Makes sure all necessary correspondence is on file and is updated accordingly. Maintains department’s filing system and inventory.
  • Ensures periodical maintenance of Department vehicle including logging of departmental usage.
  • Assists in scheduling of interviews for candidates for open positions in enrollment.
  • Creates agenda and prepares the necessary paperwork for hiring committee members.
  • Assists in coordinating volunteers for Banner Marshal for commencement ceremonies and makes sure they have all necessary communications, supplies and other items needed for participation.
  • Places any necessary work management orders for the Office of Vice President EMS and follows up on all requests.
  • Prepares necessary arrangements for campus visitors such as reservations and parking passes.
  • Creates Requisitions for payments to corresponding supplier invoices and received the Requisition and Purchase Order in the system.
  • Places orders/Requisitions for office supplies for various EMS departments.

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience.

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00AM – 5:00PM
  • 40 hours a week.

$15.00/hour
