About the Internships
Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us remotely, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Wizards’ beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship. Did I mention we have a Dragon? Let’s add your unlimited imagination and boundless curiosity to our party.
- Our program runs between June 13 – August 19, 2022.
- Our internships are paid!
- Successful interns will be considered for returning internships or full-time employment offers.
DEI Internships
Project Managers at Wizards of the Coast plan, organize, and manage projects and resources to ensure successful completion of goals. For Summer 2022, we are offering the following Associate Project Manager internship. Internships are open to undergrads and graduate level students.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement Project Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Support strategy, scheduling, coordination, and execution of employee resource group (ERG) events.
- Support strategy, scheduling, coordination, and execution of in-office & virtual DE&I events.
- Design & contribute to DE&I program/events in partnership with DE&I Leadership.
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
- Conduct DE&I reporting (internal & external)
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program, graduating on or after August 2022.
- Passionate about researching, designing, and implementing DE&I practices that support an inclusive environment, where employees bring their full selves to work.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a dynamic environment.
- Able to quickly learn new programs, systems, and processes. Experience with project management tools a plus!
- You consistently demonstrate excellent collaboration skills.
- You’re organized, meticulous and able to build efficiencies to further streamline processes
- Passion for continuous improvement and a strong desire to learn.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
