DIspatcherAddressing call problems from customers and Sales – Operation Team Allocate trucks on job site according to their profile, areas and logistics. Analyze prices with vendors of different jobs. Answering calls from drivers and clients. Assign drivers who finish their originally assigned loads to other jobs.Be available for anything that needs to be done in the office. Be aware of dispatch and cancellations after business hours. Saturday -Sunday. Be aware of orders, cancellations and accidents after normal work hours. Call all drivers who are assigned to load fill or working hourly on jobs to verify that they are in place. Call all drivers who have not loaded at their assigned loading point. Check the quarries to see which trucks loaded and which ones have not loaded. Go to driver’s accidents and make a report. Help the drivers arrive quickly and safely to their destination using the google maps. Keeping an eye on the dispatching of the day meet them. Make calls approved for dispatching by the supervisor or salesman. Obtain feedback from customers on a daily basis – Make reports and send it by email. Perform any other jobs assigned by Sales – Operation team. Prepare the office for the next day. Provide truckers with job tickets when requested. Receive orders from Sales- Operations team and place them on dispatch google sheets. Receive phone calls for the other departments of the company. Rectify tickets that have been processed incorrectly by the quarries to ensure proper billing. Send Dispatch Report to each quarry (usually the day before) detailing who is paying for the material, material type, job name, address and project number. Supervise Job sites – fill supervision forms in every job. Support Safety Team with accident protocol. Take orders from Salesmen and customers and send trucks to pick up and deliver materials. Give updates (1) 7:30 – 8:00 (2) 12:00 12:30 of jobs – problems and solutions.
