Angelina Esposito is a professional costume designer in the South Florida area. She is the winner of the Carbonell Award for Best Costume Design for her work on Zoetic Stage’s Sunday in the Park with George and the Premios Teatro Award for Best Costume Design for her work in Main Street Players’ La Pasion Segun Antigonia Perez.
Other costume design work at Zoetic Stage includes Fun Home, Wrongful Death and other Circus Acts, and After. She has also designed Superior Donuts and The Under Pants for Main Street Players. Academically she designs at several local institutions including Florida International University (Rent, Swimming in the Shallows, and All My Sons); New World School of the Arts (Big Fish, The Rover, and Sweet Charity); Barry University (Metamorphosis and Little Shop of Horrors); and Miami-Dade College (You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Bald Soprano, and No Exit). She has a BFA in Costume Design from Florida International University and an MFA in Costume Design from the University of Iowa.
