Justin Packard has starred in the original casts of the national tour and first Canadian company of the Broadway hit MATILDA THE MUSICAL. Off-Broadway, Justin appeared in MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS (Irish Repertory Theatre), TAKE ME ALONG (Drama Desk nominee), A CHILD'S CHRISTMAS IN WALES, THREE SISTERS (Crash Theater Co.), and HIGH BUTTON SHOES (City Center Encores). Regional credits include THE HEART OF ROBIN HOOD (American Repertory Theatre), THE SEAGULL (Moscow Art Theater), FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Theatre of the Stars), ALTAR BOYZ (Finger Lakes Musical Theater), FOREVER PLAID (Sacramento Music Circus), LOOT (Mountain Playhouse), MACBETH (A.R.T. Institute), and others. Justin recently served as Artistic Programs Director and Head of the Drama and Musical Theater Divisions for the 2022 TONY Award-winning national arts organization "Broadway For All", where he contributed to the movement "to equip young artists and professionals with the programming, community, and vision to build a more inclusive and powerful arts industry." Prior to Justin’s appointment at FIU, Justin taught acting, script analysis, and fundamentals of directing at Harford College in Maryland.
