Melvin Huffnagle is a professional actor from New York and is a member of the Off-Broadway ensemble, the Layon Gray American Theatre Company where he has appeared in the original roles of Pops Coffey in "The Kings of Harlem," and Jeremiah Jones in the award-winning "Black Angels Over Tuskegee." Melvin is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild and his television credits include "Law and Order SVU," "Law and Order CI," "Royal Pains," and most recently Carl Weber's "The Family Business." He has an MFA in Acting and Directing from the University of Florida and a BA in Theatre Buffalo State College (SUNY). Professor Huffnagle teaches Acting and Voice and Movement.
