Bhavleen Kaur

Bhavleen Kaur is as an architect and researcher, currently enrolled on the FIU DDes program. Her work explores the multiplicities in the field of computational design and architectural education. Her research focuses on integrated design strategies for resource-efficient on-site fabrication of architectural systems. She completed her Postgraduate in Scientific Communication from ISEC, Lisboa and her Master's in Advanced Design and Digital Architecture (ADDA) from ELISAVA, Barcelona. Between 2015-22, she taught as an Assistant Professor at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSA), Mumbai. She was also actively involved in developing curricula for digital design studios for the post-graduate program. She was invited to collaborate on the design of temporary art installations and pavilions in India. She has conducted multiple international workshops on 'Custom 3D printing' and has o-taught at ELISAVA-BSSA joint program. She is a core team member for DigitalFUTURES, an independent, online platform for architectural education.
