TED Talks Galore

I watch a lot of TED talks. I find their insights…well…insightful. Here are four TED talks you should watch about design:

1. My Life in Typefaces by Matthew Carter

Matthew Carter created typefaces like Verdana, Georgia and Bell Centennial. Learn what inspires him with this TED talk.

2. 3 Ways to (Usefully) Lose Control of Your Brand by Tim Leberecht

Leberecht’s Ted Talk dives into how unconventional ideas can benefit an unsuspecting advertising campaign.

3. Design for All 5 Senses by Jinsop Lee

Design is more than just for your eyes. Target all five senses into the consumer experience.

4. We Are All Designers by John Hockenberry

Hockenberry goes into depth about designing with intent is the only way to successfully reach an audience. Design doesn’t just stop in art, but goes beyond into your everyday.
