Mia “Mage” Dozier 

Mia Dozier is a senior Communication Design major at Stephens College with a minor in Women’s Studies. Mia is the Secretary of the Black Women Enlighted club and is involved in the school magazine, Stephens Life, doing graphics and photography. She became involved with the Digital Filmmaking program at Stephens over the summer when she started helping on senior films as a production assistant and was assistant director for one of the films. Mia was a part of six of the nine senior films and plans on working on more film sets after graduation.  Last spring, Mia got an internship at Columbia Art League as a design intern and has been working with them ever since. She plans to continue helping at the Columbia Art League for as long as she is in Columbia, Missouri.

After graduation, Mia plans to get more involved in the Columbia community and find a job that aligns with her interests. She plans to use the next year to travel and do the things she was putting off doing while in college.
