Chelsea Gutierrez, originally from Bogota, Colombia, and later settling in Orlando at the age of ten, currently resides in Miami, where she is completing her Master of Architecture at Florida International University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2024.

Gutierrez maintains an impressive academic record and actively engages in extracurricular opportunities to broaden her architectural perspectives. Notably, she has interned with multiple professors within the School of Architecture, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship in various facets of architectural practice.

Her participation in the Architecture Genoa Study Abroad program further enriched her understanding of diverse architectural styles and cultural nuances, shaping her approach to design with a global perspective.

Gutierrez’s architectural ethos revolves around prioritizing the human experience within spatial design.
