Beatriz Alchalaby

Beatriz Alchalaby is a senior at Florida International University and will be graduating with a Masters’ in Landscape Architecture and Environmental + Urban Design.  Beatriz also holds degrees in Hospitality Management from FIU and an Associates in Baking and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu. She has found herself asked, looking, or put into leadership roles throughout her professional and personal life. Demonstrating her imaginative capacity for problem-solving, dedication, and empathetic approach, which has gained her respect from colleagues, classmates, and within the community.

Alchalaby leadership motto is to lead teams through personal development, focusing on colleagues to challenge and harness their strengths. She believes in being vigilant for new opportunities and new possibilities and has an appetite for the extraordinary. As she navigates her different experiences, Alchalaby uses her passion for people and the planet as her driving force.  As an aspiring designer, she is eager to graduate with fresh eyes and an optimistic mind, determined to be a part of making tomorrow better.
