Rhys Ancheta

Rhys Ancheta is a Rowan University senior dual majoring in Writing Arts and Radio, Television, & Film.

After graduating this spring, Ancheta is also planning on pursuing an MA in Television Studies. He followed his passion for storytelling, whether on paper or a screen, by being involved and holding leadership positions in student groups and publications at Atlantic Cape Community College and Rowan University. Professionally his goals are to one day get his own stories out into the world and help teach others to do the same as a college professor.

Ancheta hopes to be involved in furthering LGBTQ representation and its analysis within media, along with assisting non-traditional students like himself to pursue their dreams.
