Although there are infinite amounts of products in the world today, there is always room for improvement and innovation. Some products integrate seamlessly in our lives. These products go unnoticed since they are so embedded into our way of living through habitual use. This is the area that I am interested in; developing a product that is essential to someone’s every day life. A pillow for example, is a staple object used every single day, another, maybe the utensils you use to eat your food. But, there is nothing in the realm of self-improvement in the lives of the majority that is so seamlessly embedded into their lives .

This is why I would love for there to be a physical product that tracks your daily patterns in words spoken, decisions made, tasks completed and time spent on work. It would be an app on your desktop that is merged with a “FitBit” like wristband. It would not be tracking everything, not just fitness but also other decisions as well. It syncs with your calendar and reminds you of tasks, sets vibratory reminders and congratulates you when you complete them. The whole point of this new product is to increase your efficiency and improves your output by keeping you on track. It would help prevent multitasking.

The beautiful thing about innovation is that it is a continuous, ever changing way of thinking, and with that kind of mentality, anything is possible.
