Kenzie Leon Perry is a licensed interior designer and visual artist, born and reared in Miami, Fl. Graduating from FIU in 2006, Kenzie has 18 years of experience and expertise as a hospitality and residential designer.

In his private practice, Ze Haus Design Studio, he coined TropicArt Nuvo, a design aesthetic which describes his interior design style. Also working as product designer, Kenzie has several wallpaper, rug, and furniture design collaborations with industry manufacturers. Ze Haus was awarded Jedi Firm Ambassador of the Year in 2022, for Kenzie serving as the facilitator for the International Interior Design Association Design Your World Summer Program, an education pipeline introducing high school students to commercial interior design. In addition, Kenzie is the illustrator of Design Your World Children book, a story about interior design and empowerment for BIPOC youth.

Since his early career, Kenzie has served on FIU's Interior Architecture board for the Festival of the Trees, raising scholarships for students. Kenzie and Ze Haus products has been featured on HGTV and published in Luxe Interior + Design and Florida Design Magazine, to name a few.
