When you receive your degree from the Lee Caplin School of Journalism & Media, you join a network of talented and diverse alumni including leaders at broadcast, digital and print media outlets as well as media corporations and nonprofits around the globe. We encourage you to engage with our community and give back to current students through avenues such as volunteering, networking and mentoring.

Alumni regularly give back through charitable giving that helps the school offer students scholarships, state-of-the-art multimedia equipment and in-depth educational experiences. They also show support by career mentoring students and opening doors through professional internships, job and apprenticeship opportunities.

Each year, our alumni return to their alma mater from all corners of the world to participate in Panther Alumni Week (PAW), which connects students with alumni through class presentations, industry panels and networking events. PAW promotes the building of relationships, which leads to networking, internships, mentoring and career opportunities.
